Here at 24 Seven we are working with a leading beauty makeup brand to work as a account manager in a world renowned store.

Account Management

To drive day-to-day performance and increase counter turnover and profitability.

Meeting sales targets and incentives set for the team week by week.

Training and Developing, motivating, inspiring Retail Staff to maximize in store retail sales.

Full team management, including all employee relations meetings with support from HR and Area Manager. Ensuring regular reviews and coaching with team and all relevant employee paperwork is up to date.

Ensure first-class customer service is met all the times, motivating the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.

Communicate all counter sales and cross check them against internal reports.

Keep up to date records of all sales figures for Head Office use.

Develop Retail strategy and Business planning in line with overall brand business plan.

Build instore relationships with department managers to continue brand awareness.

Analyse sales figures , interpret trends and forecast future sales volumes in order to maximize profits

Assist Senior Management to identify potential income generation opportunities from alternative commercial sources to ensure the organisation’s long-term financial viability.

Implement and fully project manager all instore events, with support from Head Office.
