A Central London based multi-language translation services provider targeting B2B, we are dynamic and growing translation agency founded 8 years ago, with clients including Legal 500 law firms, FTSE 250 companies, top tier international banks and other companies worldwide, currently looking to hire part-time, an enthusiastic success-driven Russian-speaker Translation Services Junior Sales Manager to manage B2C and B2B sales working side by side with senior project-managers.


Primary duties:

- Generate B2C and B2B sales and close new translation projects including:

- Handle incoming emails from clients delegated to you by our Lead Project-Manager

- Pitch prospective B2C & B2B clients via email, over phone, in person, meetings at clients offices

- Analyze documents for quotation (training will be provided)

- Prepare and provide clients with quotations as per their requests and specifications and liaise on further questions

- Follow up and close new projects, meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Oversee project implementation including:

- Choose best available provider from our database and assign work to meet financial targets

- Oversee translation projects end-to-end to client’s satisfaction, liaise with translators

- Manage clients’ needs and expectations, react as necessary, troubleshoot and problem-solve

- Consistently follow up with clients with delivery, quality and customer service

- Cooperate with other managers and support staff to ensure effective team work in generating customer satisfaction over long-term

- Supervise preparation of certification letters and invoices by our back office and email them to the client

- Maintain records of all orders, profits and expenses in our database

- Document sales data in our CRM

- Maintain keep-in-touch records

- Continuously learn about language industry and develop professional abilities

- Become an expert who understands buyers of translation services, giving you the ability gain the trust of customers and close business


  • 1-3 years of inside sales experience (professional services industry preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written English communication skills
  • Russian Language on a level of native speaker
  • Additional European language preferred (French, Spanish, German or any other).
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to sell or support the sale of B2C and B2B services
  • Must have expertise using Microsoft Office products, Outlook mail experience
  • Unconditional right to work in UK full time

As a successful candidate you will be working in our office in the City of London, part-time initially (working hours negotiable), in a friendly dynamic atmosphere, benefiting from competitive base salary plus commission on sales, negotiable, no upper limit (you would typically make OTC +20% the base or higher) together with flexibility on working hours and opportunity to work from home. Training to use company software and platform will be provided.
