Organisation Description
FA (www.facorporate.com) is destined to become a major player for Italian imported FOOD and NO FOOD products in the UK, and in other international wholesale markets. Thanks to its joint ventures and strategic relationships built, FA owns and manages the UK online version of Migro Cash and Carry (www.migro.co) for the B2B market. The consumer market is managed instead by its sister company (www.mydelibox.com), in which FA is the main supplier and provides essential outsourced services.

We are looking for people able to leverage these relationships, as well as generate new ones, to consolidate and grow the FA brand.

Job Description
The role
The role of a Customer Sales Representative within FA is a professional sales role which can often be quite tough and demanding. For the right person, it is also very rewarding and exciting and can provide an excellent career as well as interesting earning potential. Reporting directly to the Director you will entirely assist B2B customers during their order processes. Whatever our customers need, whenever they need it, you will ensure they can 'get it straight from FA’. You will also support the international staff of our Italian suppliers ensuring processes are followed in accordance with FA procedures.

Person Specification
Ideally you will have previous CRM experience, basic accounting and marketing knowledge, in a similar environment and be able to use your people skills to provide an excellent level of customer service.The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate all of the above as well as showing an aptitude for success through confidence, accuracy and team work to ensure we achieve our service guarantees.

Essential Skills:

- Target-driven, hard worker; being able to make the "extra mile"
- London Based, possibly in the south east area inside the M25
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel and its derivatives
- Basic accounting knowledge
- One year experience minimum in a similar position
- Excellent communicator in English, both verbal and written

Additional competitive skills (optional):
- Graduate in Marketing, Accounting, Business or similar field
- Proficient in a second or more languages
- Driving licence and vehicle owner
- Previous experience in sales and/or CRM for the wholesale markets

Annual salary: £20,000 - £23,000 + bonus (£5,000 around) based on targets further discussed
Permanent work place: Lewisham (SE6), 5 minutes walk from Bellingham station
