Williams Lea Tag seeks a Marketing Automation Manager to join our team!
Are you self-motivated with a "can do" attitude? Are you able to work with the global marketing team to devise sophisticated inbound and outbound campaigns, utilising lead nurturing workflows and scoring? Are you a graduate with at least 2 years’ experience in using a Marketing Automation Platform, preferably Hubspot?

The individual’s primary responsibility will be to work with the global marketing team to devise sophisticated inbound and outbound campaigns, utilising lead nurturing workflows and scoring. You will be confident to create best practice guidelines to ensure effectiveness of campaigns across multiple-channel and devise, monitor and report on key performance indicators and on the progress of leads and contacts through the marketing funnel using Salesforce and Hubspot.
The Marketing Automation Manager will analyse and report on campaign effectiveness across all marketing communications and make recommendation for improvements. You will develop and improve internal processes and procedures - working closely with business development, marketing and sales operations. You will be required to manage data, configure and maintain subscription list and email preferences.
The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in Hubspot campaign management and system management, suggest innovative automation solutions to achieve desired outcomes, conduct user acceptance testing for new integrations and configurations and assist in the delivery of the marketing strategy by support new opportunities for growth in both existing and new clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a graduate with at least 2 years’ experience in using a Marketing Automation Platform, preferably Hubspot who has experience in using Eloqua, Pardot or Marketo is also beneficial. You will possess a good understanding of Salesforce, with the ability to segment and manage data profiling lists coupled with the ability to develop and document processes and workflows to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness. You will have a thirst for knowledge, to learn the latest developments from Hubspot and stay ahead of marketing automation trends, have relevant business to business marketing knowledge and understanding. You will focus on quality and excellent attention to detail, be a strong, effective communicator both written and verbal with strong project management skills and highly developed interpersonal and teamwork skills.
