Registered Nurse ( RGN or RMN )

• Location: North London
• Salary: £27,000 - £31,500 per annum based on 42-hour contract - negotiable depending on experience, qualifications and capabilities
• Hours: Full Time or Part Time hours available
• Shifts: Day Shifts or Night Shifts available
• Contract type: Permanent

*Salary Equivalent to NHS Band 5 & 6*

We are currently looking for a highly motivated registered nurse to work within a very reputable Care Home located in North London. The home offers Dementia, Parkinson's, Residential and Respite care. The Care Home enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Staff morale is very high.

The home is able to accommodate newly qualified nurses and offers a fantastic preceptorship programme.

What you'll be doing

- Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents

- Leading, motivating and mentoring to your team and delivering clinical guidance and training

- Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans

- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation
