Centre 404 is a well-established charity with an excellent reputation for providing high-quality support and services to people with learning disabilities and their families in North London.

We are now looking for a creative and experienced individual to lead and develop our unique day opportunities project for adults with learning disabilities and complex support needs.

If you have existing experience of managing services for people with learning disabilities and take pride in being proactive, organised and friendly, this may be an excellent opportunity for you to develop your skills!

As Day Opportunities Coordinator, you will connect with and value people with different communication and life styles and take initiative in helping them develop their interests, reach their potential - and have fun! You will do this by developing and implementing ideas for both individual and group activities for our bespoke service, which currently supports 7 people.

Although it is not an essential requirement, we would especially welcome applicants who hold a valid driving licence and are willing to drive a mini bus.

Centre 404 is committed to staff development and supervision and we will provide a detailed induction and on-going training and support as required. As part of our commitment to safeguarding, all successful applicants will be required to complete a DBS and provide a minimum of two references.
