A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the management team of one of London's most exclusive restaurants run by a chef patron with an international reputation for high end innovative cuisine as the Restaurant Manager.
As the Restaurant Manager you would be the third in charge of a one hundred and ten cover venue that is open for Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner seven days a week.
You would be responsible for supporting the General Manager and Deputy General Manager with all operational aspects of running the business. You would ensure that the team is well trained and motivated and fully briefed for service.
During service you would be clearly identifiable as the manager on shift, greeting VIP and regular customers and offering guidance and support when needed.
The Restaurant Manager will also have some back of house responsibilities such as doing the rota and ordering stock.
The ideal candidate will have at least one years Restaurant Manager experience within a quality London restaurant that can do over one hundred and fifty covers a service. A passion for working on the floor and developing staff is also essential.
