This is an opportunity to join an established but continually growing E-Commerce/Fulfilment company based in Bromborough, Wirral. They have and always will be looking to expand and diversify their business, in order to do so they want someone who will help with ensuring the growth happens smoothly.

Your role at the company will be to manage the day to day running of the office and to anticipate future issues and be proactive about ensuring the company puts a solution in place (such as new legislation requirements, staff shortages, etc.). You will provide advice on all human resources matters, implement policies and procedures relating to recruitment, training and development as well as taking ownership of the smooth running of the office, including duties such as administration, ensuring all health and safety requirements are maintained and managing staff rotas / holidays. There is plenty of opportunity to come into this role and make a real impact.

About You:
- Proactive - able to anticipate needs and address them
- Extremely organised and frustrated by a lack of organisation
- Keen to give researched advice on the direction and policies of the company

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience
