This award winning family law & divorce solicitors is now recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to work at their offices in central St Albans.

Role Responsibilities:
- Manning reception, greeting visitors, offering teas and coffees and taking visitors to meeting rooms as appropriate and liaising with fee earners and secretaries regarding arrival
- Supporting the administration of accounts including receipts, filing and maintaining billing paper supplies
- Collect and delivery of post and DX
- General miscellaneous admin tasks around the office and within the team.
- Taking minutes at meetings as needed.
- Supporting, planning for and attending internal and external seminars/events;
- To ensure the confidentiality and security of all firm and client documentation and information.

Key Skills and Attributes:
- Previous experience in a Reception role and/or in an office environment.
- Friendly but professional
- A spirit of co-operation and a positive 'can do' attitude.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential including the ability to relate to people at all levels.
- Ability to effectively prioritise, excellent organisation and administrative ability.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- An understanding of all Microsoft office packages.
- Good team player.
- Professional telephone manner and the ability to take messages effectively and efficiently.
