Lead Test Analyst - Agile

We are looking for a Lead Agile Tester to join us in the beginning of this open source journey and to have an active role in shaping our future plans and testing direction. You will be part of a fast-growing and pioneering working environment which will deliver new and innovative open source projects. Your future duties and responsibilities
As a Lead Agile Tester, you will undertake development activities in TDD, BDD, Scrum and other Agile practices. As part of your role, you will be responsible for coding, testing and maintaining software systems, while mentoring and building the test capabilities of the agile teams. Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Essential skills

- Oversee the execution of tests, providing advice and guidance to the Test Analysts / SMEs
- Collate and manage the Incident Log, chairing the Defect Review Board for the testers
- Lead with the ADSP / OSP Testers for the management of defects
- Produce Test Progress Reports based on input from the Test Analysts / SMEs
- Engaging business / end users during the production of test scenarios and scripts
- Peer review of UAT scenarios and scripts
- Formally briefing business / end users on the UAT objectives, processes, roles and responsibilities
- Assisting business / end users with early witnessing of functionality prior to UAT (for non-agile delivery)
- Assisting business / end users in test scenario design and test script execution
- Logging and reporting defects and deviations from expectation
- Facilitating test related meetings across multiple organisations in the absence of a Test Manager
- Structuring tests in accordance with the Agile Test Pyramid

- Works with the rest of the delivery team to ensure overall quality
