Thanks to the ongoing success of the current service, we are looking to expand our team of dedicated support workers in Camberley & Farnham. We have various contracts available and welcome applicants that are looking for part-time or full-time opportunities.
All shifts will be on rota basis with shifts spread across weekdays, weekends and bank holidays. Shifts will include mornings, afternoons and evenings which may include sleeping in, an additional £29.55 is paid per sleep-in. Flexibility is important as all our shifts will be spread across the weekdays and weekends.
As a Support Worker you will be providing support to 7 ladies with a learning disability. This might involve activities such as helping with cooking and cleaning, going to the supermarket and taking part in leisure activities. You will also support the people within the service by supporting them doing their favourite hobbies which include going to the church, theatre and going on holiday and on day trips - who doesn't enjoy a trip out?
We are looking for someone who really wants to make a difference and enable the people we support to enjoy the things they want to do. Previous experience of working within the care sector would be desirable. However if you don`t have support worker experience, all you`ll need to have is a positive attitude and a desire to improve the lives of those with a learning disability. If you support the people within the service, we will support you with award winning training and progression opportunities throughout your career with us.
