IT Business Analyst - Business Analyst - Senior Business Analyst - BA - £35,000 - £45,000 - Redhill, Surrey. Currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with ideal experience working within the Finance/Automotive Industry. You will be working as the bridge connecting all business function together from IT and Stakeholders with the company identifying business needs and refining requirements. You will part of a forward thinking team working alongside likeminded individuals enjoying the benefit of working amongst a learning cultured environment where you will be developing new skills and ways of working. The IT Business Analyst will be managing projects according to Demarche Project methodology (Internal Policy). Completion and validation of full system functional and technical specifications, elaboration of user acceptance test plans and non-regression test plans in association with users and central IT teams. For this role it will require excellent communication in order to coordinate and communicate between local users, the client, central IT teams and marques. You will also adhere to all local and central process and procedures. If you have an background within the financial or automotive industry this would be advantageous.

For the BA role you will need to have previous experience in a corporate environment and Business Analyst role. Strong business requirement in gathering/documenting skills along with analytical skills. experienced in writing and reviewing current projects, specifications and user test plans along with being able to produce comprehensive test and scenario plans.
