PermanentLloyd Recruitment Services are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who can analyse and document user requirements, liaise with central IT teams in order to identify functional and technical solutions to meet these needs and project management. This role includes ensuring the successful implementation of system upgrades, validating user specifications and providing assistance for user acceptance testing. The Senior Business Analyst will also have to provide in-depth analysis of systems incidents, anomalies and evolutions requests.
·Management of projects.
·Analysis, documentation and validation of business user requirements.
·Completion and validation of full system functional and technical specifications.
·Elaboration of user acceptance test plans and non-regression test plans in association with users and Central IT teams.
·Management of the Incident and Anomaly Process to ensure successful resolution.
·Management of system upgrades, letter/contracts changes and system deliveries
·Coordination and Communication between local users, central IT teams etc.
·Change management and supporting the needs of users.
·Adherence to all local and central process and procedures
To be successful you should be able to demonstrate experience of:
·Previous experience in a corporate environment and in a Business Analysis role.
·Strong business requirement gathering/documenting skills.
·Strong analytical skills.
·Experience in writing and reviewing Project Plans, Specifications and User test plans.
·Able to produce comprehensive test scenarios/plans.
·Good interpersonal and communication skills, as it will be necessary to liaise on a daily basis with varied levels of user and IT staff.
·Project Management experience working on projects greater than £250K.
·Experiencing working to tight deadlines and liaising with many different teams in an international environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
·Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·Good analytical, presentation, influencing skills.
·Good organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks/projects and prioritise workload.
·Ability to positively implement change.
·Background in Automotive Financial Services.
·French speaking/writing skills desirable (not essential).
