Security Systems Operations Manager
Long established, Family Run Electronic Security Solutions Provider currently has a vacancy for an Operations Manager to join the team.
The company are an accredited and successful business that has been established for nearly 2 decades, they provide installation and ongoing maintenance service for CCTV, Intruder, Alarms, Access Control and other security systems to a mixture of clients in the local areas. They are growing and developing their team and are looking to employ an Operations Manager to oversee proceedings of the business.
The role will require the Operations Manager to be involved in all facets of the business operations including engineer management, client management, doing surveys, being involved in inspections and other facets of the daily running of the business. They are company built on quality rather than quantity so the Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of providing this level of service to their customer base.
The company is looking for an experienced Security Industry Professional, with a strong proven background of management. The Manager needs to be able to prove their ability to complete the role from a process and man management stand point.
