Brief Outline:

Senior Business Developer - Corporate Mobile Key Holding - £45k - £50k - London. We are looking for a proven business development manager who has experience of selling directly into commercial clients. They will be reporting into our recently recruited Commercial Director who has ambitious plans to further grow our innovative company. This is an autonomous role for someone who is self-motivated to achieve and exceed personal targets. With a focus on growth, your ability to engage and influence at a senior level will be a key component to your success. With many sectors yet to explore, the opportunities for success are significant and we are seeking someone with the commercial flair to exploit these and deliver against them.

Growing at 40 percent year on year, we are an agile and innovative UK-based security company specialising in professional keyholding, alarm response services and mobile patrols. We serve both the commercial and residential market both directly and through our partner network and now protect nearly 15,000 properties nationally. We are ethical in our approach using fuel efficient patrol vehicles and providing services that are both professionally and environmentally sustainable. We believe in using the latest technological advancements wherever possible and are passionate about providing our clients with the very best service possible.

About the Role:

* Identify new business opportunities and convert them into new contracts
* Relationship manage and develop opportunities through the pipeline stages
* Work with the Account Management team to prospect existing clients
* Self-generate leads and promote the company through attending network events
* Close inbound leads that have been received
* Provide exceptional levels of customer service at all times
* Work with Sales Operations to ensure the smooth delivery of orders

About the Candidate:

* Proven track record of closing sales and target achievement
* Commercially aware
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Tenacity - the ability to keep going to reach the end goal
* Consultative sales style from within the Security or FM sector
* Well organised with a high level of attention to detail
* Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously
* Preferably graduate level
* 3 year checkable work history or continuous education history
* Full driving license
* IT literate - Word/Excel/MS Outlook.
* Experience of working on a CRM system ideal but not a mandatory requirement
