Job Description

As part of a business transformation the business requires a Digital Analyst with a proven track record for delivery that has the ability to lead multi-channel, real time, digital measurement initiatives. The chosen candidate should combine the technical domain skills to deliver digital measurement, stakeholder facing skills to build strong relationships across our business and the leadership ability to run a high performance analytics team.

As a member of the Analytics Centre of Excellence and the Digital Services Unit (DSU), the role is vital in continuing to build the profile of the team across HCAI. Open to learning, the role requires an individual who can embrace the latest technology and techniques to tackle the ever-evolving world of data and analytics in real time.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Consult with stakeholders to fully understand our business and how analytics can help drive business improvements and value
  • Advise on how to generate measurable business benefit from digital activity through the implementation and use of data analytics technologies services
  • Ensure delivery of high quality analysis projects to brief , on time and to budget
  • Provide best practice solutions to analytics problems and advise on the latest tools and techniques
  • Be a subject matter expert, driving the analytics solutions for projects
  • Highlight the challenges of digital measurement within the organisation and help to improve levels of understanding and usage.

Skills & Experience
  • Educated to Bachelor's standard, ideally within a business remit (including stats/maths)
  • Foundation experience in the realm of data analytics or marketing data analytics
  • Understanding of digital media mechanics (SEO, PPC and Affiliates)
  • Solid technical background with a good understanding of digital tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Webtrends, Core Metrics, Hitwise, Tableau and Power BI
