Are you an experienced network analyst with experience in the banking sector? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a network analyst to join a stable and experienced team, based in the city of London.

The team is responsible for its main branch in London, whilst also supporting additional branches in Europe. The company is driven by global standards, which the IT infrastructure team support & deliver technologies into.

The security & support of the network is maintained by numerous technologies, which is essential to the companies operations. As a network analyst you will be responsible to the contribution of designs, and the delivery of secure network solutions. This potential new role for you is mostly a support role (BAU), with elements of design being used for scalable solutions.

This a challenging but rewarding role where the companies expectations are supported by their extensive training programmes. You will have responsibilities that include, but aren't limited too;

Working in the Infrastructure team to support and deliver all services

Support IPS deployment for branches

Interpret network security reports.

Design & build firewall solutions from perimeter to DMZ roles.

Development, maintenance & delivery of global standards to all network devices.

Re-mediate penetration test results.

Facilitate internal/external audits & penetration testing.

Support annual disaster recovery invoking/testing.

Ensure seamless migration of network estate to new security framework.

Additional advantageous skills could include;

- Industry recognised skills through training.

- Updated knowledge of CISCO, including firewalls etc.

- Cisco certifications

- Team player

Work Hours

Role comprises of shift hours, with variables between 0730 - 1730. 0900 to 1700 are business core hours. Weekend work will require levels of flexibility from applicants, whilst global support requires degrees of infrequent delivery of solutions.
