Junior Voice Systems Administrator

If you're a recent graduate, or junior IT Support Engineer, looking for a challenging new role within a lucrative sector, where you'll be able to learn a host of new skills and put your existing skills to good use, this may be the role for you! Our client are a large investment bank, looking for a junior Voice Systems Administrator to join their expanding team and provide high-level support and administration on their global systems.

The chosen candidate will be tasked with the daily monitoring, administration and support of voice systems and recording platforms (such as Avaya, IPC Unigy, Verint, NICE) and ensure that all recordings are archived and easily retrievable. You will also support Blackberry Enterprise Server/Smartphone devices, whilst responding to user requests.

Additionally, you will be asked to provide more varied technical systems and application support to members of trading staff, identifying and resolving issues (escalating where necessary.)

Please note that this role will require you to work evenings and weekends.

To be considered for the role, it would be highly advantageous to hold the following skills and/or experience:

  • A relevant degree (within Computing or Engineering) or similar qualifications

  • Experience supporting telephony platforms.

  • Experience supporting VoIP, dealer voice and voice recording systems

  • A basic knowledge of patch management and cabling infrastructure

  • Strong communication skills.
