Anthony Cole Associates are proud to be once again partnering with the biggest business in the Betting and Gaming sector. They are currently seeking a Business Intelligence/Data Product Manager. You will be working closely with Retail Product stakeholders to deliver the Retail Sports strategy and growth plan.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Intelligence/Data Product Manager

  • Work closely with all Retail Product stakeholders to deliver the Retail Sports strategy and growth plan, supporting all Trading and Insight analysis for the thse product areas
  • Delivery of Sports Product trading information daily, weekly and monthly to enable Product management & customer insight, as well as Exec senior management summaries of trends, issues & opportunities
  • Provide (in conjunction with the Product & Omni promotions anlaysts) clear ROI and measurement on all Sports Product free bet and marketing spend to enable ongoing product customer & product profitability decision-making
  • Provide analysis by market and customer segments (e.g. Connect/Grid, Cash, VIP) on product performance to constantly improve product & promotion targeting
  • Produce weekly Sports Product Trading KPI and insights pack for senior Product Leaders. Lead analysis section of weekly Sports Product Trading Meeting with insights and data led recommendations for profit improvement and product development areas
  • Work closely with other analysts areas to ensure no duplication of effort. Ensure data and insights is shared to all other relevant teams.
  • Ensure BI team are capturing all necessary 3rd party data feeds and enabling rapid delivery of insights through developing the data warehouse structure accordingly
  • Specialist Skills and Experience of the Business Intelligence/Data Product Manager

  • Strong networker able to engage with senior stakeholders (Product, Ops, Marketing, Finance) to make performance improvement recommendations & measure once implemented
  • Ability to produce analysis reports with well rounded conclusions, drawing on a high quantity of data using Data Mining/BI tools (e.g. SPSS, SQL, MS Power Pivot/Power BI/Excel, Tableau)
  • Excellent report writing skills and a good knowledge of PowerPoint for the effective presentation of information and concepts
  • Ability to communicate change and analysis concisely and without jargon
  • Worked in an environment of change. Enjoys innovating and implementing.
  • Strong innovator with ability to translate data and ideas into commercial tactics
