Requirements
  • CCNP R&S with minimum 3-year hands-on experience in analysis, design, implementation and/or support of network infrastructure solutions.
  • CCNP Wireless or equivalent skills and experience (working towards CCNP Wireless)
  • Proven ability to successfully deliver networking solutions, creation of detailed designs and implementation, based on provided presales input
  • In depth knowledge of networking, security and infrastructure products and solutions, particularly
  • Cisco Routing & Switching and Wireless.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deployment services environment



Responsibilities
  • Manage projects and support incidents, using internal systems effectively to report on tasks accomplished, current issues, progress toward goals and making recommendations to improve performance and reliability
  • Resolve complex technical issues, delivering excellent customer service, liaising effectively with customers to determine positive solutions that increase end user satisfaction, responding with an appropriate sense of urgency to reported problems, managing end-user expectations to keep them at a realistic level, following through to completion and communicating resolution results to end user and determining appropriate actions necessary to eliminate future occurrences
