Technical Support Analyst - French Speaking

Do you speak fluent french? Have you done I.T Support before?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst. You will join the Support Team, to deliver excellent customer service and quality technical support from their Head Offices based in Stevenage, Herts.

As a Technical Support Analyst you will be responsible for delivering a first class customer service and excellent technical support in a dynamic environment.

You will be working as part of a dedicated and energetic team and as a Technical Support Analyst, You will need to have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, along with the willingness to learn.

Skills required for role of Technical Support Analyst are:

- Excellent communication skills both on the phone and face to face.
- Fluent in French and English
- Previous experience in a customer service role, 1st Line, 2nd Line IT helpdesk or telephone
- Strong interpersonal skills with the willingness to learn
- Computer Literate, good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Genuine passion and interest in IT and Technology.

Technical Support Analyst:

Salary: £22-25k (depending on experience) + benefits.
