We are currently recruiting for a customer focussed 2nd Line Desktop Support Analyst with a forward thinking & evolving organisation in London that are committed to employee development. They are specifically looking for a personable individual, that is committed to customer satisfaction and with a can do`, enthusiastic approach to their work. This consideration will take equal precedence with technical support skills when short-listing.

The purpose of the role will be to provide a high quality, professional and responsive 2nd line support service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will support the infrastructure team in resolving complex technical issues, undertake project work and research technical solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities would include the provision of a high quality, customer focussed 2nd line help desk service that includes the timely logging, resolutions and monitoring of incidents and queries. You will lead on the administration configuration of telephony switches to ensure high levels of availability and customer service, whilst you will constantly review the help desk service to identify and implement service improvements. You will provide both telephone-based & in-person support to desktops, both tangible & virtual, as well as mobile operating systems support.
