Key Responsibility

- You will be providing Technical support to customers during implementation of Telematics devises
- Post implementation support including triage of reported faults and issues
- Analysis and resolution of faults and issues liasing with vendors as appropriate
- Liaising with clients regarding objectives and timescales
- Being the client's interface with technical vendors
- Reporting to clients on a technical basis where applicable
- Making presentations and attending meetings of a technical nature as required
- Upon joining the helpdesk, you will be the first point of contact when our customers call
- You will be supporting across 100 different customers within telematics space

We will provide training and support to get you all the skills and technical information required for you to be successful in this role. In return you need to be driven, hardworking and determined.
