First Line Support, Central Bristol up to £23,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Engineer to join an exciting developing company based in the Centre of Bristol. The position forms part of a Service Desk team responsible for the logging, resolving or referring and management of all calls from the point of initial contact through to resolution and closure of the incident.


Respond to and resolve computer or telephony incidents, maintaining accurate records of actions undertaken.

Communicate regularly with users to keep them updated and informed.

Perform basic windows server administration in a domain environment.

Understand the IT solutions provided across the organisation and identify improvements.

Work co-operatively as a member of the best practice network team, for example by helping extract or mange data, format documents or edit images.


Ability to work without being closely supervised.

Good communication and interpersonal skill. Having the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.

Attention to detail and a quick learner.

In return for this fantastic opportunity the company are offering a basic salary of up to £23,000, training to grow and develop you knowledge of IT and the opportunity to progress within this great company.
