You will be working for...

An exciting business offering IT support and services to business in and around the Hertfordshire area.

The Company are looking for an individual with a passion for all things IT and will allow the right person to grow within our ever expanding business.

In this role you will be to...

- Respond in a timely manner to emails or telephone support calls, and to ensure that the customer's service level agreement is maintained
- Properly log every call, and maintain call records in appropriate detail, using our helpdesk software
- Deal with and resolve IT issues; over the phone, by remotely connecting to PCs and servers, through onsite visits, or by escalating appropriately to internal team members or to external vendors
- Develop and sustain good, professional working relationships with everyone
- Install all end-user hardware and software when required, and to help maintain a stable end-user environment

Our apprenticeships blends on-the-job experience, face-to-face workshops and online learning which will teach you a range of new skills including:

- Networking and Architecture
- Mobile and Operating System
- Cloud Services
- Coding and Logic
- Business Process

Apprenticeships and Vendor qualifications L3

- Advanced Apprenticeship Infrastructure Technician Level 3 (equivalent to A- level educational level), MTA Networking Fundamentals, MTA Mobility and Devices Fundamentals, MTA Cloud Fundamentals, One Microsoft MOC on demanded course

Who should apply...

The ideal candidate will be:

- Passionate about IT with have excellent communication skills
- Committed and a drive to complete the apprenticeship
- Motivated, hardworking, enthusiastic with a good sense of humour
- Someone with 5 GCSEs (C and above) including Maths and English

Other Important Information...

- You will have unlimited access to the Microsoft Partner University with more than 2000 Training courses on implementing and configuring Microsoft programs
- This position will include telephone, remote & on-site support of client's IT Support requirements
- The daily working hours are from 9:00am-5.30pm, Monday-Friday
