Our client is looking for an IT Support Technician to join the team, to work with like minded people in pulling together to create the businesses support function.

Key Responsibilities include:

1st and 2nd Line Support for customers via telephone or email support channels
Take ownership of support tickets, diagnose the root cause of the issue reported and resolve in a timely manner
Update the support actions you have taken on our case logging database
Escalation of unresolved support cases where necessary

Essential skills & abilities:

Proven analytical and logical trouble-shooting approach
Excellent telephone communication skills
Strong drive for high customer service
Ability/desire to work within a challenging environment
Experience of Windows desktop, Server and MS Exchange
Previous experience in an IT Support/Helpdesk role.
Strong work ethic
Work well as a team
