New Signature are a London-based cloud computing and application development specialist with a long and close association with Microsoft, with whom we hold over 20 gold-level competencies. As such, much of our work is heavily based on Microsoft Azure.

Service Desk Engineer is required to resolve/fulfil incoming Service Desk incidents and requests. We are looking for the Service Desk Engineer to have experience in supporting Office 365 (O365). You will need to have at least 2 years customer direct work experience in a Managed Services environment. As well as experience in working for a busy IT service desk. Experience in supporting a Cloud environment is highly desirable.

You will be responsible for fulfilling a wide range of service requests. They can range from queries about desktop or mobile apps that we have developed to implementation queries and fully managed support on Microsoft Cloud or Office365 migrations. The service desk operates across both our applications and infrastructure businesses.

Exceptional customer service and organisation skills as well as, oral and written communication skills are also required for this position.

The Service Desk Engineer will need to have the ability to adapt to constantly shifting priorities. The ideal candidate must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies. Excellent career development potential is offered for this role.

The ideal candidate will have an A-level or equivalent qualification ideally in an IT related discipline. Knowledge and experience within ITIL V3 service environments are desirable.
