FM Telephony & Help Desk Manager circa 30k West London / Middlesex
An opportunity to join this leading FM service provider on one of their most prestigious trophy accounts.
To manage the Telephony Operators and systems for Switchboard and Facilities Helpdesk and ensure the business requirements are met. Implement exceptional and memorable service ethos within the team. Ensure operator training is provided on the telephone switchboard system and on all aspects of receiving calls and processing helpdesk jobs on Maximo effectively.
This is a key leadership role, managing a team of 12. Requiring a strong motivational manager & mentor to develop & drive the team. You will have a proactive approach and be passionate about Customer Service. Focused on people and their development. Ability to install shared values and build strong team ethos. Excellent communications and administration skills. Ability to coach and develop team members. Previous Supervisory/Management experience essential. An intermediate technical skill of systems is necessary in order to perform job requirements and provide a high level of service to customers. Ability to use logic and draw on past experience when faced with the necessity to solve problems. Awareness of Customer requirements and meet service levels. Previous experience using DXI for Switchboard and Maximo for helpdesk systems
