We are currently working with a Financial Services leader, a global organisation with offices in the heart of London, who currently require a Service Desk Technician to join their busy offices, supporting over 300 users for all 1st line issues.

This is a perfect opportunity for a recent graduate, or someone trying to break into an IT Technician role as full product training will be provided by the company. We are looking for proactive individuals that are capable of working in high pressure environments that can work under their own initiative and solve problems quickly and effectively.

As the Service Desk Technician, you will join a small team of IT professionals, learning from their wealth of experience to develop your experience as a Technician but also gain experience in an incredibly busy and fast paced workplace.

You will need to bring a high level of passion and proactivity to the role, this is not an opportunity where you can hide away from users, you will be in amongst regularly, supporting them with issues face to face and remotely.

You must be an effective time manager and able to prioritise problems of those that are under more pressure or have looming deadlines, so an ability to manage tickets and close critical tasks as a matter of urgency will be essential.

Primarily working with Active Directory and Jira Service Desk to support users, the ideal candidate will have already gained experience with these tools, but it is not essential.

In return you will be offered a starting salary of £22,000 - £25,000, dependent on your previous experience, as well as complete company benefits that include: Private Medical, Eye Care, Gym Membership and Season Ticket Loan.
