·You will excel in end to end software development and have breadth and technical depth in more than one area. Your strong design, analytical and problem solving skills will be crucial to their success.
·As well as technical skill, you'll need the people skills to collaborate across the business - not to mention creativity and drive to make things happen.
·As a Software Development Engineer, you'll work as part of a multidisciplinary team of engineers delivering best-in-class software to allow client agnostic access to their services.
·With strong programming skills in one or more languages and solid commercial experience developing software, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with product owners and designers on feature development.
·Experience working in Agile teams is a big plus, as is a good working knowledge of test automation frameworks.
·Your passion for software engineering means you're always looking to gain experience with new platforms and languages; they structure their work and their teams to ensure these opportunities are frequently on offer. You're probably actively engaged with the development community, have attended a hackathon or two and have a plenty of unfinished pet-projects.
