My client is a global brand who are leaders within their field: they have built a reputation for their world class service, offering their clients a 24/7 service. This is a high profile business operating on an international basis within the luxury sector.

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a talented IT Manager with proven telephony experience and a strong understanding of PCI compliance is the ideal candidate.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience in a IT Management position
* Telephony experience
* Project Management background
* Lifestyle industry experience would be an advantage
* Payment Card Industry Data knowledge

Responsibilities will include:

* Development and implementation of the IT strategy
* Recruiting, managing and leading the IT team and helpdesk, to include goal setting and performance evaluation
* Managing, evaluating and developing the IT systems for the company
* Enforcing procedures to ensure the protection of the company's IT information
* Managing the IT budgets, ensuring effectiveness is maximised and costs are kept to a minimum
* Overseeing all hardware and software acquisitions, dealing with contracts accordingly
* Ensuring all systems are compliant and operating in line with internal and external standards
* Identifying, reporting and resolving any technical issues
* Ensuring comprehensive user training, overseeing the development of supporting documents (manuals, help files, etc)

The successful candidate will have:

* Extensive experience within an IT Manager role
* Excellent project management skills
* An MCSE or similar industry qualification
* Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux and UNIX (plus, ideally, Salesforce)
* A good understanding of PCI compliance
* Ideally, some international experience
* A real 'can do' attitude with a hands on approach
* Excellent problem solving skills with acute attention to detail
