We currently require a Mobile IT Support Engineer for a permanent role. You will be required to ensure that all logged IT fault calls are responded to and completed within a timely and professional manner and is in accordance with service level agreements with our clients.

What do we need?

- Previous experience in a Mobile/Field IT Support Engineer role
- Experienced in providing technical desktop and application support to staff
- Solid knowledge of IT Infrastructure & operating systems
- Exposure to break fix for PCs, printers and other peripheral devices (as full training will be provided)

- Experience of delivering VIP IT support is desirable but not essential
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills, communicating with diverse customers of varying levels of IT experience
- Able to work under pressure
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and coverage hours
- Strong service and customer ethic
- Conscientious and motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision
- Clean UK Driving License.
