Dacorum Borough Council is looking for an ICT Service Desk Analyst to work within their Hemel Hempstead offices and sites around the borough of Dacorum, working as part of a busy ICT Team supporting around 650 users.

This is a 1st/2nd line ICT Service Desk role which will require telephone incident taking, 1st line fix and 2nd line investigation/fix skills. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate that they have worked on an ICT Service Desk, have all-round knowledge of a Microsoft environment and are customer focussed. They must be able to demonstrate good customer care in a related previous role and the ability to prioritise their workload. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex/technical solutions to the customer are vital to this role.
