Interim HR Manager
My client is an established and growing private Healthcare organisation with a network across the UK.
Due to a period of significant change and development they are seeking an HR Manager to manage the HR function and provide a dedicated HR service to a national client group of c.1200.
This role will report directly into the HR Director for the wider business and will provide a dedicated HR Service to the business with the support of an HR Advisor.
This is a true generalist position responsible for all tasks under the HR function including Recruitment, Employee relations, Policy & Process, Training and additional Ad-Hoc projects.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with great organisational skills, brilliant time keeping, able to use their own initiative and good planning and delivery.
They will have similar experience within a similar organisation and some level of managerial experience.
