Pricing Manager - London - Salary to £65,000 - Leading Bank Leadenhall Search are recruiting multiple roles for one of the most exciting challenger banks in the Credit Risk industry. This client is looking to build upon its premium credit risk function in London and is looking for the best talent on the market. The Role - Assist in developing the pricing strategy for Consumer lending product lines - Participate in the development of pricing of new products and propositions, so that they can better understand our customers, distribution, performance and products - Prepare and analyse complex models - Prepare presentations and documentation for senior management - Analyse the performance of implemented pricing changes, regularly monitoring and presenting to all levels of the business to assist management in making pricing decisions - Identify ways to enhance pricing modelling and undertake statistical research into potential new areas for pricing - Report all issues of regulatory concern to the CRO, Compliance and Legal Departments - Strong customer and commercial focus; ensuring stakeholders are aware of the rationale behind the pricing approach - Identify risks and opportunities and take appropriate action to mitigate or maximise accordingly - Ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence, reliability, accuracy and working within competing deadlines The Person - A strong background in a Consumer retail lending business is desired or pricing experience. - Good working knowledge of key P&L drivers for a lending business. - Developed analytical and excel skills through direct experience. - 1+ years working in data analytics and portfolio optimisation roles. - Knowledge of SAS and SQL is essential. - A good knowledge of the UK Consumer Credit market and relevant regulations. - Computer literate (knowledge of MS Office suite - Excel, Word, Power-Point) - VBA and excel application development experience would be desirable.
