Senior Site Manager - New Build Affordable Housing experience
Do you have a Site Management background in New Build Affordable Housing ?
Do you have a proven track record in managing logistically challenging schemes?
Are you a standalone Site Manager who can deliver a project from piling through to handover?
Do you have experience of managing Tower Crane Movements on your previous projects?
Our client is a family owned and directed construction business who build developments of affordable housing for clients within the HA sector. They deliver projects from £5m up to £20m in value and are currently looking to appoint a proven Senior Site Manager to deliver a development in Colliers Wood, South West London.
This £8m development of 38 flats comprises of a 3 and 6 storey RC Frame structure will start in mid April and our client is looking to bring someone on board who has experience of complex developments for Housing Associations.
The incoming Senior Site Manager will be able to manage the build from day one, will have excellent site logistics experience (due to a tight footprint), will be able to schedule material deliveries due to small compound, will have experience of traffic management, strong health and safety record and previous experience of delivering a similar development.
Senior Site Managers with previous experience of use of Tower Cranes is a must and a manager with 10 years plus experience in management of Affordable Housing schemes is a MUST.
Candidates will hold relevant CSCS Managers card, SMSTS and First Aid.
On offer is a basic salary of between £60,000 - £65,000 per annum plus car/allowance, pension, healthcare, 25 days annual leave and generous bonus scheme are in place.
