Brief Outline:

Project Manager - Full Fit Out - £50k - London. A progressive Fit Out contractor require a Driven Project Manager who will deliver multiple High End Residential Full Fit Out projects for some of the UK's leading Developers and Main Contractors across London.


About the Client:

Established for over 20 years my client have developed into a very successful interior fitting out specialist, providing their clients with the complete service of Interior Design, Detailing, Project Management, Joinery and Contracting.Turnover currently stands at the £7m mark however the successful candidate will be instrumental in growing the business and increasing turnover as desired by the Directors. My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager in and around London.


About the Role:

* My client would prefer someone local to their office in Grantham however they will need to be flexible around travel as the majority of the projects will be London based. (All expenses covered)
* Responsibility for ensuring Projects are completed to cost and on time
* Responsible for performance and delivery by subcontractors including M&E and other specialist trades
* Able to convert plans and construction drawings into completed, cost-effective construction on site
* Overall responsibility for the quality of completed projects
* Responsible for programming and the efficient completion of works on site
* Overseeing all commercial aspects of the projects from initial quote to finical accounts
* Play a key part in the generation new business



About the Candidate:

* At least 5 years' experience as a Senior Project Manager
* Previous experience in delivering High End Residential Full Fit Out projects desirable
* Must have fast track Fit Out experience
* Must have Design & Build project experience
* Good IT skills with ability to use Word and Excel to generate documents. The ability to use AutoCAD would be an advantage
* Able to communicate effectively with clients, architects and other professionals as well as contractors and trades people
* Able to take-off quantities and estimate costs
* Excellent project and people management skills are essential
* A self-motivated individual who is keen to develop their role within the company
Personable, friendly and happy to work independently or as part of a team - ability to 'Build Relationships'
* Be proactive and use initiative to generate new business
* Be confident in what would be a demanding client environment

ADDITIONAL:

* Must possess valid CSCS & First Aid accreditations
* Degree qualified is advantageous although not essential
