A new and engaging opportunity has arisen with a leading residential developer to join their central London division team. Client is seeking an experienced operations manager with the vision and leadership skills to engage and motivate multiple teams across private high-end London residential developments.
- Developing and implementing relevant Customer Service/Relations processes and procedures
- Providing on-going customer support and becoming main contact for purchasers from exchange of contracts through to completion
- Key supervision and allocation control for each property before legal completion.
- Excellent communication skills - the successful candidate will be liaising with clients on a daily basis and will therefore need to be confident and client facing
- Great presentation skills
- Naturally persuasive
- Understanding of selling and appraising New build Residential products
- Organised hands-on person
- Team player
- High standard of English grammar and spelling, and presentation of work
- Clear speaking voice
- Literate and numerate
- Co-operative and helpful attitude
- Should be familiar with area of business or have a strong Real Estate / Operations background
- Highly motivated and willing to travel internationally
