Penguin Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well regarded Consultancy based in the South Coast, who are looking to recruit a Graduate Town Planner with an RTPI Accredited degree.
The company provide a full range of planning services which includes Planning Applications, Permitted Development Rights, Appeals, Development Appraisals, Enforcement, Lawful development certificates, Land promotion and EIA's. Joining a small but experienced team, the successful Graduate Planner will provide the above services to public and private sector clients in the Rural & Urban sectors.
The company's leadership team are experienced in supporting Graduate Planners through the APC process and cover the membership fees.
The successful candidate must have at least 3 months' post-graduate experience, a relevant RTPI accredited degree and/or Masters as noted above and have a full UK driving license. You should have a team player attitude but the confidence to work independently where required. It is expected that you will hold excellent communication and rapport building skills.
