Associate Director MRICS Quantity Surveyor, for one of the UK's leading Property and Surveying consultancies
This is one of the UK's largest and most diverse multi-disciplined consultancies and they are currently recruiting an Associate Director Quantity Surveyor with consultancy experience to join their expanding Property and Surveying team. with over 60 office in the UK and Ireland there is a wealth of opportunity to go into this company and grow your career to new heights.
In this role you will be estimating and cost planning, producing feasibility studies from minimal design information through to detailed cost plans, tender document preparation, the monitoring of project costs from conception through to completion. A large element of this role is centred around client interaction to ensure the projects are running smoothly and within the set cost parameters whilst still meeting the exceptional quality standards this Property Consultancy strive to provide. This role will also include the mentoring and supervision of junior staff helping them to complete their APC. You will need to have previous experience managing teams, project work loads and strategic planning to be successful in this role.
You will need to come from a consulting background and have current experience leading projects in a client facing role. Your knowledge of the property sector is what will make you stand apart in this role through your experience working on medium - large scale property projects within the Commercial, Corporate occupier, developers or education sector. You will need to have a RICS accredited degree and be an MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
