We have recently been contacted by one of our long standing clients, a well respected organisation known for its employee satisfaction and progressive ethos in the Huddersfield area.
They have a requirement for an experienced Business Process Improvement Analyst to assist them in stream lining and standardising there processes across the business.
Duties and responsibilities
Work as part of the IT management team, with direct accountability for process improvement, providing a high quality, responsive service across multiple sites
Manage and co-ordinate business wide process improvement to ensure the correct process is undertaken.
This post holder will be responsible for the successful delivery of process improvement projects in the business.
Experience delivering operational systems or new project developments.
Experience of utilising a range of systems management tools to optimise service delivery.
Technical knowledge suitable to provide guidance, direction and support to staff in a wide range of technical arenas.
Prepare detailed management reports and plans as required.
Provide guidance to the IT Management team.
Take responsibility for their team meeting agreed quality guidelines.
Responsible for customer satisfaction with their team.
Rate: £220 per day
Duration: 2 Months initially
