Your new role:
This job will report to the Financial Controller within the Finance department. You will be maintaining; Purchase Ledger records, Agency Accounts records, the expenses of management processes and online bank payments system. In addition to that you will be responsible for; Raising invoices, bank reconciliations, maintenance of the broker ledgers and management of online bank payments systems. Your job will contribute to the overall success of the Finance Department by assisting it in achieving its objectives.
What you will need to succeed:
In order to be successful in this role you are required to have sufficient experience in a Bookkeeping based job as well as experience in the use of SUN/Vision software. You must show an enthusiasm to work in finance and be literate in using Excel specifically. An awareness and experience of Credit Control must be demonstrated. Preferably you must also have knowledge of the insurance market and Brokers Ledgers. A basic Accounting knowledge must be present and you must be a hardworking, driven individual who has a desire to deliver the best possible customer service.
