The role of a Neighbourly Matters Surveyor is a complicated one to grasp in the initial stages and experience in the sector is not necessarily essential at the more junior level. This consultancy would entertain candidates from a range of property and non-property related backgrounds, some of which include Building Surveying, Project Management, Architecture, Geography, History and Legal. The element that ties these sectors together is an analytically driven mind. The client is looking for character, enthusiasm, honesty and potential over a specific background.

Salary - £25,000 - £80,000 D.O.E
Surveying Assistant - £25,000 - £30,000
Surveyor - £27,000 - £35,000
Senior Surveyor - £34,000 - £60,000
Associate Director - £50,000 - £75,000
Director - £70,000 +
