Responsibilities will include:

  • Full spectrum of Building Surveying and Project Management services
  • Contract administration on high level commercial projects
  • Specification writing
  • Defect diagnosis
  • Party Wall
  • Schedules of Dilapidation
  • Feasibility reports and other building surveys

Requirements for the role:

  • MRICS (Building Surveying route)
  • Ideally 4 years + PQE
  • Strong track record dealing with commercial property
