Responsibilities will include:
- Full spectrum of Building Surveying and Project Management services
- Contract administration on high level commercial projects
- Specification writing
- Defect diagnosis
- Party Wall
- Schedules of Dilapidation
- Feasibility reports and other building surveys
Requirements for the role:
- MRICS (Building Surveying route)
- Ideally 4 years + PQE
- Strong track record dealing with commercial property
