Business Development Manager - The Person
We are looking for a successful field based Specification Sales Manager with a proven track record of winning business with Contractors and Architects. If you can boast experience of a consultative approach and solution selling, then we want to talk to you about this exciting opportunity.

The ideal candidate would possess the following attributes:

• A confident and driven client facing sales professional
• Experience of building key partnerships with Contractors and Architects
• A background in construction and specification sales
• Equally strong with seeking new business and building strong and lasting customer relationships
• Evidence of managing complex solution sales
• Efficient diary management capabilities
• Competent and credible presenter
• Able to forge relationships with internal and external stakeholders
