Job Description
To be fully responsible for nominated Accounts. Covering cross sell / upsell into those Accounts, renewal of Annual Support Contracts and general Account Management duties.

In addition being required to deliver net new business names into the customer base, support the division with attendance at specific market conferences and exhibitions, coordinate campaigns both to new and potential customers along with offering insight into competitor direction and challenges, along with offering general knowledge of the eDRMS arena.

Additionally:
*To meet and surpass the minimum objectives and key standards of performance;
*To meet and surpass the targets for revenue and margin set by the company;
*To plan and develop the Account base, keeping adequate records;
*Reporting on activities and conforming to administrative systems;
*Understanding fully the products and services of the Company.

Required Skills:
*Some knowledge of Document Management/ Records Management
*Experience in either new business or account management
*Career driven and keen to progress
