Up and coming building structures consultancy is seeking a Structural Revit Technician to join their progressive and innovative structural practice. They have a modern and creative office space located a 5 min walk from Borough Station. This would be a permanent position offering excellent career prospects and friendly working environment.

You will be joining a firm who work on a variety of building structures. They work with leading developers on projects up to £80m. The two directors have a history of excellent building structures design in both large and small practices, and together have a varied portfolio which means that you will get excellent project exposure and training. Both are MIStructE.

They currently have a busy workload and are looking for a proficient Revit Technician who wants to get their teeth into interesting and technically challenging designs. You should have experience working with all major materials in a design constancy. The consultancy uses Revit so is up to date with BIM.

Projects are a mix of new build and refurb and include some cladding/façade work, as well as basement design and high end residential works. You will have a chance to work alongside larger organisations such as TFL and will be expected to 'hit the ground running'.

They have a fantastic office space with natural sunlight and amazing views as well as a roof terrace that overlooks the amazing local London skyline. They are near pubs, restaurants and shops. They are very close and social practice who work hard and play hard. They also offer flexi time.
