This is an opportunity for a structural technician to join a firm of consulting engineers and architects in their Central London office. The business has been going strong for over 25 years and is headed by 2 industry leading chartered engineers.
The team are made up of mainly structural engineers with a few architects and technicians. They are fully immersed in using AutoCAD and are in the process of taking the next step up into Revit.
This position is for someone who wants to develop into using Revit with the practice whilst being able to display their many years of structural AutoCAD ability. Your C.V. should demonstrate the structural work you have done within the UK and any significant international projects you may have done.
Revit experience would be highly adventurous and favoured.
The consultancy works on projects from Singapore, Middle East, Australia and many more. They take part is architecturally lead work and are often working alongside top architects to deliver innovative and design led results.
Projects vary from small, niche, bespoke works to large developments. You will also have the chance to work with different materials such as glass and aluminium.
They offer a friendly, relaxed working environment, and obey by a 'give and take' philosophy. As well as being very social, staff are continuously encouraged to develop skills with training and visits to significant sites and structures.
