Project Manager - Hampshire
A leading regional main contractor delivering schemes throughout the Southern Home Counties is looking to appoint a Project Manager with the ability to build strong teams and deliver a £20m new build care facility.
Working under a Contracts Manager and reporting to the Regional Director, you will be working in a ‘hands on role’ from pre-construction right through to project delivery and handover.
The project is due on site in March and will consist of the following:·70-bed care home·39 extra care bungalows and apartments·6 assisted living apartments·A care community building including café and meeting rooms
You will be contractually aware and possess good technical knowledge. Health & Safety will be one of your key priorities and you will demonstrate the ability to offer strong guidance to Site Managers as and when required.
You will be proven in a Project Manager role and have a track record of delivering larger projects coupled with a stable employment history gained working for recognised main contractors.
Location and cultural fit will be key ingredients for the successful candidate. On offer for this Project Manager position is a basic salary of up to £75,000 p.a. plus a comprehensive benefits package.
