Currently they're working on notable and flagship projects across Manchester including blue chip organisation HQ's, high-rise residential schemes and multi-use developments.
Your new role
In this Project Architect role, you will be expected to run large scale schemes from their development stages, through planning, technical stages and on-site delivery. You'll be liaising with design teams, consultants and contractors throughout the process, as well as taking charge of Architectural Assistants and Technicians. Your main software will be Revit, and you'll need to have excellent construction & BIM understanding to enable you to quickly and efficiently resolve design queries.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have proved experience of taking multi-million £ schemes from planning through to completion, with an extensive understanding of UK building regulations, planning law & technical knowledge surrounding detailed working drawing work and how a building goes together. You'll need to have live Revit use in the UK, and preferably experience of coaching junior members of staff, and have a commercial understanding of the contractor side of project delivery.
